Professional Summary
Data and analytics consultant who turns complex, fragmented data into defensible, decision-ready insight. Experience
- Led end-to-end migration of 16,500+ individual member profiles from Tovuti to Member365 with associated membership and historical data, serving as primary data lead to the CEO with Board-level oversight.
- Uncovered a membership-data discrepancy by reconciling subscription, transaction, and Stripe records; challenged an ~8,000 active-member figure, identified ~6,000 verified payers, and gave leadership a defensible basis for migration decisions.
- Consolidated hundreds of CSV and Excel source files and engineered identity-matching and source-of-truth controls to resolve duplicate records, conflicting identifiers, and payment discrepancies.
- Conducted engine-performance trend analysis for pilots and aircraft owners at Leesburg Executive Airport, downloading flight data from Garmin and Avidyne instruments and building Tableau visualizations to track single-engine aircraft performance.
- Developed a local-first analytics investigation platform across 7 product phases and 97 automated tests, combining multi-source ingestion, identity resolution, audit trails, and AI-assisted analysis.
- Managed a $3M+ operating budget, identifying $100K+ in savings through vendor-contract and operating-expenditure analysis.
- Reduced reporting turnaround by approximately 40% by building automated financial dashboards and reporting workflows.
- Automated extraction, normalization, reconciliation, and reporting across Oracle PeopleSoft and enterprise banking systems via SQL.
Projects
- Analyzed $3.58T in federal contract spending (FY2021–FY2025) using Python and SQL, tracing ~70% of the FY2025 decline in contract competition to the Navy and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Team lead for a five-person Georgetown graduate team building a data-driven sustainability business case for Mars, Incorporated; coordinating team direction, organization, and workflow. (Ongoing.)
- Integrated Census, BLS, and BEA data using Python, SQL, and AWS to analyze population, employment, income, housing, and affordability with peer benchmarking and forecasting.
